The knife is excellent, so was the flashlight. Anyone familiar with Victorinox knows that they make a high quality long lasting product. Since it was just what was advertised, fairly priced and arrived quickly what more could be asked?

Excellent Package - Knife/Pocket Multi-Tool and Flash Light May 08, 2013 By Scott D. Welch
The Victorinox Tinker is a handy little knife/pocket multi-tool to have around. It has a couple of blades, small and large flat-head and a phillips screwdriver, a can opener, a bottle opener (for those very rare occasions one may be needed), their standard toothpick and tweezers, along with a reamer and a wire stripper. That selection pretty well handles many of the small chores we find ourselves doing on a daily basis or when needed on a camping trip. Typical of Victorinox the blades come sharp and after about a year of medium-duty use they still are. All of the tools are easy to extend for use, as well as put away when done. The flashlight is very much like a Maglite mini and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Victorinox licensed the product from them. Regardless whether or not they did, with a slight twist the LED lights provide nice bright white light. While it is water resistant with some nice gaskets, that has not yet been challenged by me. Power comes from 2 AAA batteries. I typically use Energizer Max alkaline with mine and they seem to last a very long time. If you need a multi-tool and a mini light this is a very nice package.

Knife is as expected but the flashlight sucks May 18, 2012 By RandyBau
Ordered this for my dad's birthday and the knife is perfect as expected. The packaged flashlight awful though. Turned it on a few minutes after opening the packaging and it burped a pathetic bit of light and died immediately after. The finish on the flashlight is also below par. You'd expect Victorinox quality but just removing it from the blister pack scratched up the lens bezel and showed the aluminum beneath. It does have nice rubber gaskets to keep moisture out but it's pretty pointless since the damn thing doesn't work... So if you're interested in this pack, forget it. Just get the knife and a mag-lite. You'll be much happier.
