Sandoval at the highest expression of his talent. Sober playing; respecting the melody. Each song is a gem. His rendition of estate is superb. Ms. Mancine sings with love and passion. An inpecable albun!

Sandoval y Calandrelli una dupla de oro!!! Jul 03, 2010
Esperé por este albúm mucho tiempo, sabia que en algún momento se tenia que dar, las cosas buenas al final siempre se encuentran. Sandoval un virtuoso del instrumento y Calandrelli un orquestador de un gran gusto musical han logrado hacer una producción muy buena, el disco suena increible, la interpretación de Sandoval sorprendente, ya que muchos lo relacionamos con el Latin Jazz y con frases muy agudas y muy fluidas, aquí aparece un Arturo calmado, totalmente relajado, con mucho feeling y secundado por una orquesta que suena muy exquisita, el mejor duo, Ojalá se den mas discos de esta dupla. Comentario aparte merece Monica Mancini, hija del famoso y recordado compositor Henry Mancini que hace una hermosa versión del tema del gran Astor PIazzola "Oblivion" y algo que si me parecio muy curioso fué escuchar cantar a Sandoval "Estate" y "Smile", por momentos me hacia recordar a Joao Gilberto, en resumen, un disco totalmente recomendado para los amantes de la buena música.

Great Performance. One of my favorites CD'S, great choice of songs. Mr. Sandoval also displays his singing talent, I loved his vesion of "ESTATE"
