Love this! Jun 01, 2011

Let me start by saying...I bought this locally and NOT on Amazon, BUT I write reviews for items usually...not for the sellers.
They say you get what you pay for, and I've gotten more than that out of this little crappy comb.
I've had this comb for about a year now and I keep it on me at ALL times. I love it, and it still works fantastically. That again, I did buy it locally...so I was able to pick the one I wanted and test them all out to see which ones worked and which didn't. It's really a grab-bag type situation. Some will work better than others, the ones of us lucky enough to get a real good one...well, we're lucky. =P
I paid 5 bucks in town for this at a G.I. shop..I'd wanted one for a longgggggggggg time. I didn't figure it would last this long because it is some mix of plastic and weak metal, but I've taken somewhat decent care of it(If you consider "care" being letting it bounce around the bottle of a massive, overfilled handbag with god knows what else) and I've certainly gotten my 5 bucks worth...several times over to be a matter of fact.
It's only 2bucks and some change on here, and judging by how much I like mine...it's worth it to take the chance. If you're worried, buy 2. It's still a steal and I mean, for less than 5 bucks...what exactly were you expecting? If you want a really good one..spend the $$$, otherwise...don't be surprised if the 2 dollar toy comb you got comes apart or breaks in your pocket/bag or.. if you give it to some kid.
Seriously.

Very cheap and not even worth what you pay, which isn't much... Jul 01, 2009
By TheTerrorBeyond I bought this for my son, who waited anxiously for it and asked me repeatedly when it would arrive. Well, the fateful day arrived today... he opened the package and was amazingly happy. The switchblade comb worked fine for not quite four hours of not being used much at all. The lock on the comb will no longer work, the blade will no longer stay closed, the blade is now hard to close, and the blade now comes out quite slowly.
My son's happiness quickly changed to sadness, as the toy he waited days for died within a few hours.
I would NOT recommend this item for anyone under any circumstances, even though it is under $10. You'd have more fun letting your kid use scissors and cut up a ten-dollar bill.
Bottom line: DO NOT buy this item under any circumstances.
Mysterious switchblade comb review... May 18, 2013
By Atrain I'm reviewing what is supposed to be a "Delinquents with Combs" folding pocket comb. To use this item you press a button that releases the comb quickly. You push the knob underneath the eject button up to lock the comb in place. Why I like is because you get a better pocket comb than what is advertised. I must warn you the comb displayed is not what you are going to get. This item is great if you enjoy paying postage. The lock was bad when I got it and it broke fast. It advertised new but it appeared used.
Great Stocking Stuffer! May 09, 2013

This is a fun gift. Small, inexpensive. Makes a great stocking stuffer. Quality is fair. Works fine. Great conversation piece.
Pretty cool, but low quality. Apr 17, 2013
By Richard It's made cheap which I should have expected, but I can't seem to find a better quality one anywhere else though.
